Awaken With Ani offers the opportunity to gently explore and dismantle these patterns. Through somatic practices, breath, and vocal expression, the body becomes a guide, revealing what is ready to be felt and released. This process supports not only emotional healing, but a deeper sense of self-trust and alignment in how you move through your life.
On an individual level, this work leads to healthier habits, a more regulated nervous system, and a clearer sense of self expression. In relationships, it creates the capacity for more honest communication, deeper connection, and mutual understanding. And on a larger scale, it cultivates the courage to use your voice: to speak, to create, to advocate, to challenge what no longer serves, and to participate in shaping a more conscious and connected world.

Breathwork Journeys
Breathe to relax the body or breathe to energize the senses. There’s a pattern to meet your needs.
Then, there’s Conscious Connected Breathwork. A 75 minute trauma-informed breath journey designed to support nervous system regulation, expand capacity for discomfort, express emotional release, and a return to presence. You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your body and inner voice. You may even connect puzzle pieces that have been waiting to reveal themselves to you.

Find Your Voice 1:1
You want to be seen, but you hold back. You want to speak your mind and share your art, but you’re blocked. You feel your potential, but don’t know how to harness it. Buckle up, because we’re diving in deep.
Together, we’ll explore the experiences, memories, and beliefs in your system that are keeping you from living in your deepest truth. We’ll give anger, grief, shame, and fear the tools to move through the system so you can find your voice. Between sessions, simple integration practices help to anchor the work into your daily life.
For those who are ready to truly explore their inner world with radical honesty.
Group Journey
This 8-week virtual group journey is a guided explorational space for slowing down and reconnecting to the body in community. Each session builds on the last, and weaves together somatic education with embodied practices designed to support deeper awareness and integration.
We will learn about the science behind trauma and practice listening to the body, building safety from within, and gently accessing stored emotions at a pace that feels supportive. The connections with group participants make this a special journey.
For those who may not be ready for 1:1 work, but want to begin their healing journey in a safe space.

Designed for groups, teams, universities and communities, these sessions explore how stress, conditioning, and environment shape the way we communicate, and how to reconnect with more authentic expression in our day to day.
