Find Your Voice,
Free Your Expression
an intimate, 8-week transformative virtual group journey exploring the connection between your body, nervous system, identity, and voice.
Journey begins October 19th.
Limited spots available.
Who are you beyond who you were told to be?
This isn't a singing class, or about becoming louder, or more confident, or more polished.
It's about understanding what shaped you, noticing the ways you've learned to shrink, perform, protect, or stay silent, and creating more freedom in how you express yourself.
We'll learn. We'll get uncomfortable. We'll experiment. We'll make sounds. We'll reflect. We'll be witnessed. And we'll practice coming back home to ourselves.
There is something powerful about practicing being seen while other people are doing the same.
You don't have to figure yourself out alone.

You’re ready to experiment, get curious, and be seen.
You’re looking for community connection
You’re ready to question who you were told to be and discover who you are beyond it.

Once a week, the journey’s 8-week curriculum combines nervous-system education, somatic practices, breathwork, vocal exploration, reflection, discussion, and real-time exercises.
